Privacy
This page explains what Nailuxe by D collects when you use nailuxebyd.com. We run a small shop, not a data business. We do not sell your personal information.
If you create an account we keep your name and email, and a password hash if you sign in with email. Google sign-in gives us the name and email Google shares for that login. We use that to recognize you, show orders, and send transactional mail such as payment and shipping updates.
When you check out we collect the shipping name, email, phone, and address you enter so we can fulfil the order. Payment is handled by Razorpay. We store payment identifiers and status needed to confirm an order. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Contact messages include the name, email, subject, and message you submit. Custom press-on requests include your email, WhatsApp number, the shade and notes you choose, and the reference photos you upload so we can quote and make the set. Photos are stored to fulfil that request.
The site may use cookies and similar storage for sign-in, your bag, and (when configured) Google Analytics page views. Analytics is used to understand shop traffic, not to sell profiles.
Order, account, contact, and custom-request data is stored with our application database (Convex) and related email and media services we use to run the shop. Staff who handle orders and inbox replies can see what they need to reply and ship.
You can ask us to correct account details from your profile, or to delete account and contact data that we are not required to keep for completed orders and tax records. Write through the contact page from the email you use with Nailuxe. We reply by email.
